These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 0n4t ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses any service provided by 0n4t, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket wagering, PSL markets, online casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bonuses, and payment processing services.

These Terms apply to all versions of the 0n4t platform, including the web-based interface accessible at 0n4t.net and any mobile-optimised version thereof. By proceeding with account registration, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 0n4t. 0n4t reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to 0n4t is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling under national legislation.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by 0n4t or any affiliated gaming authority.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 0n4t or its affiliated companies.

0n4t reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. This may include a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending confirmation.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 0n4t platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a current Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that confirms you are 21 years of age or older. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 0n4t will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 0n4t support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• 0n4t reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle.

0n4t accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your 0n4t PKR wallet within seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed within one business day. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied in full. 0n4t reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on business days will be processed the same day where possible.
• 0n4t does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Currency conversion fees may apply to USDT TRC20 transactions at the prevailing market rate.

All bets placed on 0n4t are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event, as published in the platform's sportsbook rules documentation. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for betting purposes.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. 0n4t reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

• Pre-match bets are locked once the event commences, unless specifically offered as in-play markets.
• In-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time odds availability and may be suspended without notice during critical match moments.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow ICC standard rules regarding match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and super-overs.
• 0n4t reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its sole discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, latency arbitrage, or technical vulnerabilities in the odds feed constitutes prohibited conduct.

All casino games available on 0n4t — including slots, live dealer tables, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, teen patti variations, and game shows — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, streamed from regulated live casino studios.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will naturally deviate from this theoretical average. 0n4t does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player session.

• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical failure mid-game, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to independent verification before payment is authorised.
• Live casino table limits are displayed within each game lobby prior to joining a table.
• 0n4t does not permit the use of automated software, bots, or scripts in any casino game.

0n4t offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms, accessible from the Current Offers section of the platform.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 0n4t promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new account. Bonus abuse, including the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0n4t platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the 0n4t platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or on betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information wagering on cricket, PSL, or any other sporting event.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction for purposes other than genuine gambling entertainment.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 0n4t staff or other platform users.

0n4t is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its users. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the 0n4t platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 0n4t platform — including but not limited to the 0n4t brand name, logo, platform design, software, graphics, text, game content, and betting market data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0n4t or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 0n4t content without express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0n4t and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or third-party conduct.

0n4t does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. 0n4t will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during such periods.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

0n4t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or licensing obligation.

You may close your 0n4t account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Accounts closed due to Terms violations will not be eligible for balance reinstatement.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the active self-exclusion period.

0n4t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 0n4t will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or via the email address registered to your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 0n4t platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
